Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif announced that a ceasefire has been declared in Kurram, and both sides are adhering to it.
He expressed optimism that the longstanding Kurram issue, which has persisted for 130 years, will be resolved permanently.
Speaking to the media, Barrister Saif stated that the Kurram Agreement is expected to be signed tomorrow.

"Both sides have agreed to surrender their weapons and open the gates, signaling a move towards lasting peace," he said.
One side has already agreed to collect weapons, while the other has requested additional time.
The Apex Committee has been authorized to oversee the process, ensuring that all decisions are implemented effectively.
Barrister Saif acknowledged the tragic loss of human lives during the recent riots in Kurram and emphasized that the government is committed to preventing such incidents in the future.
