Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif instructed on Friday the officials to expedite the construction of business facilitation centres.
According to details, the premier presided over a meeting to review the progress of ongoing projects under the Board of Investment (BoI). On this occasion, PM Shehbaz emphasised the importance of creating a comprehensive and effective roadmap for finalising agreements with international investors and implementing signed MoUs.
During the session, the prime minister highlighted the need to accelerate regulatory reforms to ensure a conducive environment for businesses. He directed the team to set achievable investment targets and stressed the necessity of effective marketing to attract foreign investors.
PM Shehbaz called for the prompt actions, including roadshows and the completion of business-to-business agreements, to enhance foreign investment.
He underscored the significance of initiatives like business facilitation centres in promoting external investment.

"Laziness has been shown following the recent tragedy that happened in line with human trafficking," said the prime minister.
The premier ordered to submit solid proposals by immediately completing the investigations in line with the human trafficking.
