Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain vowed on Wednesday to empower youth with the essential skills for for the sake of working abroad.
Expressing his thoughts, Hussain said: "The technical experts often not get use to the prevailing social attitudes in the foreign country, due to which they have to face hardships."
The training should be made mandatory through the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment.
"The pilot project will be started from Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar, while the monitoring resource centre's facilities will also come to light," said Hussain.
"It is important to continue investing in uplifting our people's skills to lead the country's economy towards prosperity," said Hussain.

Few days back, Hussain said that the registration of seminaries was the need of the hour.
Expressing his thoughts, Hussain said, “I have continued to hold discussions with the seminaries, clerics, and political leaders in this regard. It was due to the demands of Maulana Fazlur Rehman that the bill had been approved from the parliament.”
“There is a time required to finalise the matters in line with the seminaries’ bill due to some legal complexities,” said Hussain.
