Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif initiated on Wednesday the implementation of his institutional reforms agenda in a bid to focus on improving governance across all sectors.
During a meeting with newly appointed experts aimed at enhancing governance, PM Shehbaz stated that the inclusion of expert opinions and constructive reviews before approvals would yield far-reaching positive outcomes.
The prime minister emphasised the importance of benefiting from the services of talented and highly valued individuals. He said expert insights and innovative thinking were essential responsibilities in decision-making.
PM Shehbaz expressed optimism that the experts would perform their duties with utmost dedication and excellence. He reiterated the government's commitment to implementing reforms in every sector to improve the nation’s overall progress and prosperity.
He said: "The digitisation and automation are the key guarantors of development and prosperity in the modern era."

Few days back, PM Shehbaz and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif resolved to take strict action against the miscreants.
According to details, PM Shehbaz held a meeting with Nawaz at Jati Umra. On this occasion, both the leaders discussed the matters pertaining to the national security and political affairs. The premier and Nawaz agreed to hold accountable those who harm national solidarity and vowed to prevent obstacles in the country’s development.
During the meeting, the leaders reviewed the events that transpired on November 26 and deliberated on a possible call for civil disobedience.
They also reached a consensus on consulting government allies and taking them into confidence regarding national matters.
