The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) for admissions to medical colleges across Sindh was conducted in Karachi.
According to details, the MDCAT started 90 minutes later than scheduled, causing discontent among parents. The organisers said that 38,609 students participated in the test held at multiple centres, including NED University and Karachi University, where 6,500 candidates appeared.
The test was administered by IBA Sukkur and comprised three separate papers containing 200 multiple-choice questions.
Despite initial delays, students expressed satisfaction with the arrangements, while parents raised concerns over the late start.
The names of successful candidates will be announced on the official website soon.
