Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has stepped up its efforts to meet the tax collection target for the current month.
The FBR has announced the cancellation of the Saturday holiday and instructed tax offices to remain open on November 23 and November 30.
A letter has been issued directing all large and medium taxpayer offices, as well as regional offices, to remain operational.
Additionally, the FBR has instructed corporate tax offices to stay open for the collection of taxes and duties.
These efforts come as part of the FBR's strategy to ensure the timely achievement of its monthly revenue targets.
