Economist Khurram Shahzad has been appointed advisor to the Finance Minister after the approval of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

A notification has been issued.

Khurram Shahzad will be the adviser to the finance minister on economic and financial reforms. He has been appointed for two years.
