Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sheikh Waqas Akram said that the party leaders had informed the former prime minister about Bagh-e-Jinnah’s protest.
In a video statement, Akram said: “The PTI founder had praised the masses of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The PTI founder had also extolled the efforts of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur during the meeting.”
Akram reiterated that the PTI will stage the protests on October 2 in Mianwali, Faisalabad, and Bahawalpur on October 2 (Wednesday).
“The PTI will hold its protest at Lahore’s Minar-e-Pakistan on October 5,” he stated.

Earlier on Sunday, the PTI announced protests in three big cities in Punjab on October 2.
According to details, PTI leader Sheikh Waqas Akram emphasised, "The protests will be in support of judicial independence, the release of our party’s founder, and against rising inflation."
Akram urged all the PTI supporters, saying, “Every worker in Mianwali, Faisalabad, and Multan must pour onto the streets and actively participate in the protest.”
He acknowledged Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, saying, "The PTI workers in Rawalpindi remained firm and continued their protest,” he added.
