Property records indicate that Munawar Faruqui paid roughly $730,800 for this exquisite residence.
The apartment is situated in the high-rise, currently under construction Lodha Aura, a premium property by the Lodha Group.
Due to its outstanding access to the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) financial area as well as its remarkable residential and commercial constructions, Wadala has become a major player in the real estate market in recent years, drawing the attention of celebrities and investors alike.
