Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti said on Thursday that his government was looking to ensure good governance in Balochistan.
Expressing his thoughts on the luncheon in Quetta, Bugti said: “All the political parties, forming the political parties, are on one page. We are looking forward to addressing the myriad problems faced by Balochistan through bilateral consultations.”
“The province is facing challenges pertaining to law and order, health, education, and the environment," he said.
“We are taking the allied parties on board in Balochistan.
Prominent among those who attended the event were Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Amir Muqam and Balochistan governor.
– All-out support to police –
Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Tuesday vowed to provide all-out support to police in a bid to confront the challenges posed by terrorism.
According to details, newly-appointed Balochistan IG Moazzam Jah Ansari called on CM Bugti in Quetta. "We will fulfill the constitutional responsibility of the Balochistan police by ensuring to avert pressure."
CM Bugti urged the police to demonstrate the exemplary behaviour towards the masses to ensure the revival of trust between the masses and the police.
He expressed his resolve to further mobilise the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) by providing resources.
The chief minister assured to update profiling of the criminals and maintain a connection between the police stations immediately.
