The US once again rejected the claims that the United States has anything to with the ouster of Imran Khan from the office in 2022 and termed it as the domestic issue of Pakistan.
United States National Security Council (NSC) Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby responded to a question about alleged involvement of US in Imran Khan’s removal responded: “This was the — this is a domestic issue for the Pakistani people and the Pakistani government to speak to and to deal with.”
He denied on any suggestion that there is some sort of linkage here to Imran khan’s removal and these protests in United States in Washington and categorically stated there was no some sort of American action.
