After losing its important assets in Bangladesh in the form of Sheikh Hasina Wajid, there is a disorder in India from top to bottom.
Now, to hide its failures, India is claiming though the media that Pakistan is behind the regime change in Bangladesh.
India's defense analysts have been so rattled by the stunning political change in the neighbouring country that in one breath they have blamed the US, China and Pakistan for it. The Indian media has blamed that the Pakistani army and ISI aimed to destabilize Sheikh Hasina’s government and revive the opposition BNP, which is pro-Pakistan.
The media has further alleged that China also played a role in aggravating the protests through the ISI, which ultimately forced Hasina to escape to India.
In this regard, former foreign secretary Shamsher Mubeen Chaudhry gave an appropriate reply to the conspiracy of the Indian analyst, “Calling every anti-Sheikh Hasina person an ISI agent exposes your ignorance about Bangladesh.”
A former Bangladeshi foreign secretary said: “Blaming the ISI for the current situation in Bangladesh is tantamount to covering up the real facts.”
All these allegations are ridiculous and are aimed at covering up India's failed foreign policies in Bangladesh.
Contrary to these allegations, the Indian government's undue support and interference in Bangladesh's affairs also led to Sheikh Hasina's downfall.
India has been an equal partner in the destruction of democracy in Bangladesh due to the backing of Sheikh Hasina's government for 14 years. This was why the change of the Awami League government, led by Hasina's individual dictatorship in Bangladesh, is a new thorn in India’s eye.
