The International Cricket Council (ICC) is expected to send another of its delegations to Pakistan for review of the preparations for the forthcoming Champions Trophy slated to happen in the country next year in February.
According to details, the event managers will be part of the event inspection team, which is likely to visit in September-October. Sources divulged the ICC has set a routine to visit those countries that have to host the events of the global cricket administrative body.
So far, the three different delegations of the ICC have visited the country to review the matters in connection with hosting the latest edition of the Champions Trophy.
The grounds and pitches are being prepared in line with the criteria of the ICC.
Last time, it was Pakistan that managed to clinch the edition under the leadership of Sarfraz Ahmed.
