The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Multan has announced the results of the matriculation exams, revealing a pass rate of 78.60%.
A total of 126,771 students participated in the examinations, with 98,955 successfully passing.
Government vs private schools
- The success rate in government schools was notably higher, at 82.91%.
- Private schools saw a success rate of 66.46%.
Top Performers
The top three positions were secured by outstanding students:
1st Position: Muhammad Anas Naveed, with an impressive score of 1191 marks.
2nd Position: Muhammad Faizan Shaukat, narrowly following with 1190 marks.
3rd Position: Rania Shahid, achieving 1188 marks.
Arts Group Achievements
A remarkable highlight of this year's results is that all top three positions in the arts group were won by madrasa students, showcasing their academic excellence.

On the other hand, the Lahore BISE announced the results of the matriculation exams, marking a significant milestone for over a quarter-million students.
Controller of Examinations Zahid Mian provided detailed insights into the outcomes, revealing that out of the 250,000 students who appeared, 174,000 successfully passed, yielding an overall pass percentage of 69.75%.
