Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said that the solution to all problems in politics is negotiations, the next general elections will be held in 2029 at its scheduled time.
Reacting to the press conference of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, he said that the JUI chief is a senior and respected politician. In the current situation, there should be politics in parliament instead of rhetoric.
He said that due to the better economic strategy of the government, the stock market is at a high level at the moment, while the trade deficit has reduced and the value of the rupee has also improved.
He said that foreign exchange reserves also increased due to the government's initiatives, Fazlur Rahman should appreciate the government's economic improvement initiatives.
It should be noted that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has demanded new elections while holding a press conference in Islamabad today.
He said that the election results of February 8 are not acceptable to us. Therefore, we will continue our movement against the interference of the establishment in the elections.
He said that the right to vote should be returned to the people in the new elections, and the establishment and our secret agencies should stay away in the new elections.
The JUI chief said that if PTI wants to negotiate, we will welcome it, but so far they lack unity.
