The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad has issued orders to confiscate the properties of six individuals accused of incitement and violence, including the well-known YouTuber Adil Raja.
The court directed the concerned departments to submit an implementation report by July 10.
In a written order, Judge Tahir Abbas Supra instructed the Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad to seize both movable and immovable properties of Adil Raja, Shaheen Sohbai, Moeed Pirzada, Sabir Shakir, Haider Mehdi, and Wajahat S Khan.
The court further mandated the blocking of the identity cards and passports of these individuals.The accused face charges of incitement and inciting violence and have been booked for non-appearance in court.
The ATC's order is expected to be a significant step in the legal proceedings against these individuals, all of whom hold prominent positions in media and social platforms.
