Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended congratulations to Israr Khan for being elected President of Oxford Union for Hilary Term 2025.
“This is a huge achievement for a student from Balochistan, Pakistan, and is a shining example of hard work and perseverance,” the premier said.
“You have made the entire nation proud! Best wishes to Israr Khan for his tenure,” Shehbaz Sharif said.
Pakistan High Commission London also extended congratulations to Israr Khan from Pakistan for representing Pakistan at the international level.
“This is a huge achievement for a student from Balochistan Pakistan and is an example of hard work combined with talent. We are proud of Israr Khan said the High Commissioner Dr Muhammad Faisal wishes the best to Israr Khan for his tenure,” he said.
Israr Khan responding to the congratulation said: “I am incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support and kind words. While I haven't been able to thank everyone personally, please know I appreciate each of you reaching out. I will make sure to use this platform for good. Thank you, everyone.”
