A Balochistan female constable became a victim of an acid attack in the Saeedabad area of Karachi.
Police said the victim woman was under treatment in hospital as 30 percent of the woman's body was affected but her condition was stable.
Kemari SSP Faizan Ali told a media person said search for the fugitive husband of the woman.
The SSP said the victim identified herself as a police constable in Balochistan.
The incident of acid attack occurred in Saeedabad Khurshidpura cemetery in Karachi. The victim woman has given her name as Iqra and as a police officer. A woman’s husband was involved in the incident and fled from the crime scene.
Police said the victim woman is not able to give a statement yet.
