Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir received on Thursday the Ireland visa for the three-match T20I series against Paul Stirling-inspired team.
According to the details, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had informed Amir about the development. Amir was issued a visa after he was given clearance.
The PCB had also recorded a protest for the delay in the issuance of a visa to Amir.
Separately, the Pakistan team had participated in the training session at the Clontarf Cricket Club ahead of the Ireland series.
The players took part in the training in all the departments (batting, bowling and fielding) under the supervision of the coaches.
It was reported that all the players were fit and excited for the series.
Pakistan will take on Ireland in the first of the three-match T20I series on May 10 (tomorrow).
