Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar on Wednesday denounced the “heinous conspiracy” that aimed to destabilize Pakistan's security, dignity, and progress.
Addressing a press conference on the eve of the first anniversary of the May 9 events, he said that the events of May 9 were orchestrated to impede Pakistan's progress and weaken its national defense.
He vowed to expose the faces behind these nefarious acts, asserting that no political party would be allowed to compromise the country's integrity.
The information minister emphasized that Pakistan's armed forces are among the best in the world, citing the downing of two Indian planes as a testament to their bravery and capabilities.
He warned that no political party would compromise the country's integrity and that a small group's selfish interests would not be allowed to harm the nation.
Tarar reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and standing firm against any attempts to undermine its security. He urged unity and solidarity among all citizens in the face of external threats and internal conspiracies.
