Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said on Wednesday that the promotion of tourism could set the stage for the country's economic stability.
According to the details, Kundi reached the Department of Tourism. On this occasion, Kundi held a meeting with the Sindh Minister for Culture, Heritage, and Tourism, Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah.
He acknowledged the opportunities to promote tourism in both KP and Sindh. "There are the best spots both in KP and Sindh to promote tourism," he added.
Expressing his thoughts, Shah said, "The foreign tourists will visit the country if the tourism sector is uplifted."
"There is a need to work on the numerous spots in line with religious tourism," Shah added.
– Kundi hails PPP's role in uplifting labourers –
Few days back, Kundi hailed the party's role in uplifting the labourers.
Expressing his thoughts in line with International Labour Day, Kundi asserted: "The PPP has always represented the labourers and underprivileged segments of society. The credit goes to the PPP for increasing the salaries, pensions, and privileges of government employees."
Kundi asserted: "The PPP has always played a vital role in prioritising the interests of the people of Sindh and Balochistan."
"Whenever, the PPP got the opportunity to come to power, the party increased the wages of the labourers," he added.
