Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Sunday hoped that all the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidates would emerge victorious with a "sweeping majority" in the by-elections.
Expressing her thoughts in line with the by-polls, CM Maryam said: "It is a good omen that the PML-N voters are coming out to exercise their right to vote."
CM Maryam said that it was her topmost priority to focus on the uplifting of the labourers, farmers, students, and women.
Speaking about the launch of the laptop and IT scheme, CM Maryam said: "We will roll out the laptop and IT scheme soon."
"My mission is to move forward your and Nawaz Sharif's vision," she added.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said on Saturday that the Chinese language was important for bolstering ties with China.
In her message in connection with the Chinese Language Day, CM Maryam said: "The proficiency in Chinese language is essential to connecting with the Chinese market."
She acknowledged the economic prosperity of China, saying, "The Chinese language is one of the six official languages of the United Nations (UN)."
Highlighting the importance of the Chinese language, CM Maryam said: "The entire world acknowledges the importance of the Chinese language."
CM Maryam said: "It was China that launched many projects for the sake of economic prosperity in Pakistan."
