The routine life in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been disrupted as many Dubai Metro stations are inundated with rainwaters amid a heavy spell of rain that has grabbed the Middle Eastern countries including Oman.
The intense rainfall also impacted the flight schedule at Dubai International Airport and caused many major roadways to flood, according to reports from the UAE media.

After the rain, many highways in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were closed, many metro stations have also been flooded, and the Emirates Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain will continue today.
The administration has instructed the citizens to avoid unnecessary travel.
