CTD completes geotagging of more than 19,000 educational institutions in Punjab Province.
According to CTD authorities, the province's watch list now includes the names of almost 9,000 potential terrorists.
The 65 people whose names have been reported as having returned from Syria in recent years are on the list.
In addition, the surveillance of 22 individuals who were released from Guantanamo Bay and sent home has reportedly begun, they stated.
The CTD records indicate that there are currently 2,298 young people in Punjab who have been trained in militancy from Afghanistan, while 1,566 persons who have been trained domestically have also been identified.
Similarly, the data indicates that 540 people who have been released from Afghani prisons are still being investigated.
According to authorities, the persons included in the watch list are linked to some banned organization or group.
