Babar Azam-inspired Pakistan to start the training session on April 15 for the forthcoming T20I home series against New Zealand.
According to details, the Pakistan squad will reach Islamabad on April 14 (Sunday).
The first encounter of the five-match T20I series against New Zealand will be held at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on April 18.
A few days ago, it was reported that the PCB had appointed former all-rounder Azhar Mahmood as the head coach of the national team for the series against New Zealand.
Mahmood has vast experience in coaching, as he remained the bowling coach of the Pakistan national cricket team from 2016 to 2019.
He had also remained a key coaching member of Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Apart from that, Mahmood is having a great experience playing county cricket and franchise cricket across the world.
Mahmood had represented Pakistan in 21 Tests and 143 ODIs.
