Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif offered Isha prayers and nawafil at Masjid-e-Nabvi in Madina Munawara, and paid respects at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH).
He especially prayed for progress and prosperity of Muslim Ummah and the nation.
He also made special prayers for the oppressed Muslims of Palestine and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
PM Shehbaz Sharif reached Saudi Arabia on a two-day official visit via commercial flight.
The premier will hold a key meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman. Shehbaz Sharif will also perform Umrah.
He was accompanied by members of the federal cabinet. Prominent among those included in the government delegation were Ishaq Dar, Khawaja Asif, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Abdul Aleem Khan, Atta Tarar, and Ahad Cheema.
PM Shehbaz was also accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
