Captain Ahmed Badr, aged 23, made the ultimate sacrifice when terrorists targeted a checkpoint in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, ramming a vehicle laden with explosives. His selfless service was honored as he was laid to rest with full military honors in his hometown of Talagang.
Captain Ahmed Badr's father demonstrated remarkable composure and bravery. In the face of unimaginable sorrow, he expressed gratitude for his son's honorable sacrifice, stating, "I am proud of my son. He embraced martyrdom with dignity, and I find solace in knowing that he fulfilled his duty to the last."
