A local court of Lahore granted the physical remand of the accused Ahsan Shah for five days in the Ameer Balaj murder case.
Lahore CIA Police presented the accused Ahsan Shah.
Ahsan Shah was presented in the court of Judicial Magistrate Sarwat Batul.
The police asked for physical remand of the accused for ten days and took the stand that Ahsan Shah was named in the light of the statement of 161 but further investigation is required.
CIA Police claimed that Ahsan Shah provided information about Amir Balaj and that the Police needed his physical remand to recover the payment the accused got in exchange for giving a tip about Amir Balaj, son of Tipu Tarakanwala.
