Both leaders underscored the importance of encouraging local investors. Rehman said: “There is a dire need to boost the confidence of the local investors. In a bid to add comfort to the masses’ lives, the officers of the departments should have to improve their attitudes.”
The Punjab governor said that the increase in the tax base will boost the country’s revenue and pave the way for it to develop.
Rehman urged the federal government to play its role in fulfilling the needs of financing at the universities in Punjab.
Meanwhile, Cheema resolved to play his role in the country's development by utilising all his skills.
