According to fresh CAD images released by 91mobiles, Apple's upcoming iPhone 16 Pro model is anticipated to have an extra button on the right side of the cellphone.
Reportedly sporting capacitive touch capabilities, this “Capture Button” is said to facilitate sophisticated camera functions like focusing and zooming, as well as acting as a trigger for taking pictures and videos.
The addition of a dedicated camera button is an extension of the Action Button that was first seen on the iPhone 15 Pro last year.
The Capture Button's role, which serves the demands of photographers and content makers, is more clearly defined than the Action Button's, which is still unclear in terms of its exact operation.
Apart from the new button, the iPhone 16 Pro is expected to stick to the same design language with a minor changes.
