Renowned Indian producer and director Ekta Kapoor is set to embark on an exciting venture by remaking the blockbuster Pakistani drama serial 'Tere Bin'.
Over the past few years, Pakistani dramas have garnered increasing recognition in India, prompting Indian actors and producers to take notice and appreciate their quality.
Among the popular dramas from across the border, 'Tere Bin', featuring Wahaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi, gained immense popularity not only in Pakistan but also in India, Bangladesh, and other countries. Zaidi’s fan base expanded significantly due to the widespread acclaim of the serial.
Capitalizing on the show's popularity, Ms Kapoor has partnered with Colors TV, an Indian channel, to bring the story to an Indian audience.
According to reports, she is considering Kanika Mann and Ayesha Singh for the lead roles, and the title of the remake is likely to remain "Tere Bin." The drama is expected to air on television from July 2024.
