As the ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is going on, it reminds us to revisit some good old stuff and some stats.
Yeah, that’s right, we are talking about Karachi Kings batter who scored the most runs against Quetta Gladiators. And that is none other than former Pakistan captain Babar Azam.
He represented the Kings before joining his current team, Peshawar Zalmi. Babar Azam had compiled 357 runs.
You can imagine the class of Babar Azam; even as of now, he is still the top performer for the Kings against the Gladiators.
As of March 5, Babar retained his place as the highest run scorer in the ongoing edition of the PSL for the Zalmi.
So far in seven outings, Babar had compiled 394 runs with an exceptional average of 65.67.
He notched up three fifties and one hundred. Apart from that, Babar also has a pretty good strike rate of 152.12.
In his latest outing against Multan Sultans, Babar once again laid the foundation for the Zalmi to emerge victorious, courtesy of his brilliant 40-ball 64.
