Senior politician and former minister Faisal Vawda has made some claims regarding the future of the PML-N.
In an interview with a private TV channel, he said that like the MQM-P, which is now restricted to Karachi only, the PML-N will also face the same situation in politics and be restricted to Punjab in the coming future.
He further expressed that this is the last time for the PML-N in the federal government. Vawda made similar remarks regarding the PPP and PTI as well. According to him, there are three parties in the phase of fizzling out from mainstream politics.
He further revealed that “politically and democratically, they [the PML-N and PPP] are dead. They are also locked because of the circumstances and events. They will form the government and enjoy the power".
He stated that despite lacking the numerical strength, the PTI is still claiming to form government in both federal and provincial levels. “It [PTI] is not within a democratic system. The politics of ‘Maula Jutt’ will not work.”
Vawda firmly believed that a coalition government would be formed in the coming six to eight days. He also advised his former party to become part of the system if they wanted to address public problems and also serve the country.
While talking about the powerful circles of the country, he said that an official would step down from a higher post and become the Senate chairman and also remain neutral.
