Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal acknowledged on Tuesday Pakistan’s diplomatic response to India regarding the Pahalgam attack.
Speaking to media in Islamabad, Kamal said: “India has no evidence to support its claim of a false flag operation. Pakistan has made it clear that any attempt by India to halt the flow of water will be considered an act of war.”

He added: “There are reports suggesting that India may not even possess the capability to stop the water flow. It is important to determine whether India is genuinely taking such action, or if it is merely issuing routine, rhetorical statements.”

Kamal said: “India is facing growing frustration and isolation on the global stage. The Indian narrative has failed. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is facing public backlash at home, and is now engaging in risky adventures to salvage his position.”
