The price of gold in Pakistan saw a second consecutive hike on Tuesday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,000, settling at Rs277,400, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs858, taking it to Rs237,826.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw a hike of $10 on Tuesday, reaching $2,662 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
Silver prices in the local market, however, remained stable at Rs3,400 per tola.
