Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) leader Awn Chaudhry submitted on Friday nomination papers from PP-163.
The 32 candidates had submitted their nominations from PP-163. The returning officer (RO) said that Waheed Alam and Shabbir Gujjar had also submitted the nomination papers.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) supremo Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s nomination papers had been submitted from NA-265 Pishin on Friday ahead of the general elections.

JUI-F provincial emir Maulana Abdul Wasay had submitted the nomination papers for Rehman. Rehman will contest elections for two national seats – NA-265 Pishin and DI Khan.
– Deadline to file nominations extended; ECP revises election schedule –
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had extended the deadline for the submission of nomination papers by two days.
Various political parties, including the PML-N, PPP, BAP, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl, among others, had appealed for the extension.

While extending the deadline, the ECP has released a revised election schedule, according to which nomination papers can now be submitted till December 24.
The preliminary list of candidates will now be released on the same day, December 24, as per the revised election schedule. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will now be held from December 25 to 30.
