Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi said on Sunday that the captain should not complain that the team was not following his orders.
Expressing his thoughts on the Samaa TV programme "Zor Ka Jor," Afridi said: "I have greatly extended my support to Mohammad Rizwan as the captain. It would be better to take my services for serving young children."
Afridi said, "I am not interested in coaching the senior team of the Pakistan national cricket team. The players should know that they will be replaced by another player if they do not perform."
Speaking about the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Afridi said: "Mohsin Naqvi should keep one post at a time, whether as an interior minister or the PCB chairman."
"It is important to rest the players. Our cricket is facing hardships. The condition should be imposed to provide NOCs to only those players who will play domestic cricket."
