A suspected case of mpox surfaced at Jinnah Hospital, Karachi, on Saturday.
According to details, the patient is a resident of Shah Latif Town in Karachi. The hospital administration said that the wife of the patient first had symptoms of mpox.
The patient was kept in the isolation ward until the test results were obtained.
The Sindh Health Department said that the samples of the patient had been sent to the private hospital, and they are waiting to obtain the results.
