ISLAMABAD: Kidnap for ransom has turned into a profitable business in Balochistan while Talibinization is mounting in the province, said the Human Rights Commission in its latest report issued today, SAMAA reported on Thursday.
According to the HRC report, owing to increasing incidents of kidnap for ransom people of Balochistan are moving abroad or other parts of the country while incidents of forceful secret abduction are also increasing constantly.
The over whelmed lawlessness in the province has made it very difficult to make arrangements for next general elections in Balochistan, states the HRC report.
The HRC report declares that open use of automatic weapons is increasing continuously in Balochistan. The report also expresses concerns over increasing number of seminaries in the province. SAMAA
