ISLAMABAD: A fake letter allegedly written by the Supreme Court’s Human Rights Cell ordered a top PTV official to immediately stop all new hiring, reported SAMAA on Saturday.

The letter, addressed to Managing Director of PTV, carried signature of Director of Human Rights Cell.

The letter has also referred to some secret intelligence reports.

It said all the hiring made in the PTV over the last five years was done on political grounds, violating the organization’s Recruitment Policy.

When approached, the Human Rights Cell of the apex court has denied writing any such letter. SAMAA
